Sànbù

Here, the city is desaturated with intention. Clay, chalk, and softened green settle into a landscape that feels more remembered than observed — part memory fragment, part architectural dream. In the wide brown expanse, she is too small for the space. She doesn’t run, doesn’t pose, doesn’t look back. She simply walks. Sànbù — a walk without purpose, motion as contemplation. The buildings hold their distance, the trees suspend their weight, and time seems to loosen its grip. In Shanghai no slogans, no graffiti that shouts or judges. Just a quiet reminder of everyday life — from yesteryears until today.
