On a sun-washed wall at the edge of Kolkata and Howrah, where the Hooghly slows and the city takes a breath between workshops, courtyards and honking traffic, this figure turns up — cool as ever. The sun, usually all business here, seems to be taking the day off. Sunglasses on, sipping something cold through a straw, leaning back like there’s no rush at all. It’s got cosmic energy, just… unplugged. A splash of humour and heat, painted straight onto the everyday. We nearly missed it — but now it lives on, reimagined as a quietly brilliant piece of pop design.
